2-star Modine Noisy Sep 12, 2016

After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. Even if the motor was replaced under warranty, it would still be the same noisy motor. If you want to be able to talk in the vicinity... more

5-star I Ordered A New Boiler, You Delivered . . .peace Of Mind! Jul 21, 2016

Several years ago my wife and I purchased an old 3 story Victorian style home in Norristown, PA. The house had an old oil fired steam boiler that literally vibrated the floors every time it started. Once delivered, my wife and I took over from there with the installation. We went from an old,... more

5-star Fantech Bathroom Exhaust Fan Sep 20, 2016

Each unit is made to order - it took almost 2 months for delivery. Unit is well made and quite quiet. Installation was straight forward although no instructions were included (I obtained them online to be sure wire connections were correct.) So far it is working perfectly.

5-star So Far, Very Happy With It. Nov 04, 2016

We really liked the no electricity needed feature. It has good air flow without a fan.

5-star A Great Little Fan Aug 16, 2016

I bought this in-line fan to pump warm air into a chase containing hot and cold water pipes. When outdoor temperatures drop below 15 degrees Fahrenheit, the air in the chase falls below freezing, so I was worried that the pipes would freeze. This little fan together with flex duct (I stripped away the outer insulation) solved the problem. I have a thermostat in the chase and a control system that turns on the fan when the chase temperature drops below 40 degrees F. Now I can spend time... more
