This was my first mini-split installation, and it was time consuming but easy. The system is very quiet while running, easily have a conversation standing next to it and I can't hear it standing around the corner of the building, 10' away. The installation is on a semi-secluded lake cottage with only nature for ambient noise, it is that quiet. The indoor units (-18 and -09 wall mounts and 2 -09? floor mounts) are also very quiet in cooling mode. I have not tested heating mode. Notes for the... more

I bought this unit not knowing if it would heat my 19 x 21 kitchen, but to my surprise I have not had to turn the unit any higher than 4 and that was on a -20 day . So my wife is well pleased with me.

Received unit only issue unit would be left in driveway not placed on porch. Family strained and put unit inside house. My only complaint. Unit working great. Cold Air Rocks. It has been a sweat box. Good product and great price. I strongly recommend a/c unit.

The addition of a sewing/craft room created a problem. How to heat and cool the room without destroying the home. The Mitsubishi Mini Split is flawless! The product is well designed in both looks and operation. The detailed installation instructions made the job fun. The results - a very happy, cool wife. One fan, and A coil is not freezing up has run from 6 am till now -- 7:30pm at 93 degrees outside temp---- other two should be coming to their new home soon
