My electrician said the installation instructions were very clear and was impressed with how well-engineered this product is. The house was cold and it was Saturday so no option of contracting help. It looks about as good as a baseboard heater can do and exudes quality. The thing weighs about ten times a regular heater of similar size so holds heat much better - though ultimately you are buying this for looks not performance.
