VERY GOOD support and knowledge about the product. So quiet I didn't even know it was running. Very efficient, haven't received my first heating bill to know how much its saving me. This was my first mini-split installation, and it was time consuming but easy. The system is very quiet while running, easily have a conversation standing next to it and I can't hear it standing around the corner of the building, 10' away. The installation is on a semi-secluded lake cottage with only nature for ambient noise, it is that quiet.
