Ran unit Feb. 1 2016 heating very good super quiet, very please with it. Now waiting to run in cooling mode to see how it controls hot weather. I'll give it a 10 rating for now.

I actually bought 5 Pensotti Wall Panel Radiators, 3 of the 20" x 24" and two of these 20" X 48" units. They are replacing hot water baseboard heaters in a basement apartment. These heaters are stylish, extremely efficient and are priced very nicely. Installation was a snap using the included hardware, HOWEVER, I highly recommend purchasing an extra set of brackets for the 20" x 48" heater due to its weight. Purchased our Goodman furnace online. Was delivered in excellent condition and in short order. Was an easy install. My husband and I were able to complete it in about 5 hrs. Works great! Came with step by step instructions. Couldn't ask for more.
