The sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was impressed with how well the furnace was wrapped and secured to the pallet. Installation was fairly simple by my installer. He said that he had installed more Goodman furnaces than any other brand and that it was easy to get parts. Furnace fired up and worked properly. After researching many brands of ductless mini splits I decided on Daikin. They are a front runner in industry and edge out the Mitsubishi in performance. I installed the system myself and was pleased with the detailed instructions. You still need a certified HVAC installer to test the system for leaks and release the refrigerant. I was very happy to do business with eComfort as they were very knowledgeable and helpful when ordering the unit and line kit.

It is energy efficient and was straightforward to install using the instructions provided and the appropriate tools (torque wrench, vacuum pump in addition to standard tools).
