Have used Runtal UF series before and the quality is excellent. Now if they could sneak more BTUs per foot.

Installed it in the bonus room above our garage. About 300 sq/ft. Insulated with 6" rolled installation, but ceiling being 6" under roof has a very high radiant heat effect in hot times of year. 9000 BTU's does job nicely. Can cool room to 65' to satisfy my most demanding guest from the north. But the most amazing thing is how quiet outside unit is. Furnace Replacement Oct 27, 2016

The furnace was a very easy replacement of an existing 20 year old one. I only had to build a 12" height extension platform for the furnace to sit on. The wiring, plumbing, and electrical was an easy hook up! It started right up and has performed flawlessly ever since! The cost of the furnace was less than my last years furnace repair bill.
