My wife likes the house at 77 Deg. and my son likes 70 Deg. in his room so I decided to purchase a Mitsubishi 9000 BTU mini split. The unit arrived as promised and was well packed. The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. This product is great. Easy to adjust to custom fit your application Shower curb is too tall, take 2 inches off the height with a table saw.

The unit is great, but the directions need work. I would recommend the unit without reservations. The contractor is considering getting one too.

Have used Runtal UF series before and the quality is excellent. Now if they could sneak more BTUs per foot.
