My first outdoor condenser was installed by a diamond dealer. It quit working three weeks after installation. i contacted e comfort and initiated a warranty claim with chris. Within 10 days i was shipped a new unit. it has worked flawlessly for the past three weeks. I am hopeful it continues to provide the wonderful comfort that i expect for my 1200 sq. Ft. we only use this system for all of our shower installation. no guessing, no leaks this is a complete system. no brainier for us if any one whats a custom shower we install Kerdi shower kit. as a extra leak protection we use RedGurad on durorock and than install kedri kit.
