I have nothing but good things to say about eComfort, their service, and support. Also the unit I ordered works perfectly. It has been installed for a month and has surpassed my expectations for its ability to cool my space and for being quiet. If you are worried about noise, this is the unit for you. its a whisper. eComfort is very a professional company. They answered all questions quickly and thoroughly. The product was delivered incredibly fast. The quality of the product is exceptional. Hot showers all around. I wish this thing had a temperature indication (for my own curiosity). The big green digits on the front indicate the set point, not the temp and I can't find a way to change it.
